The "I Believe" Project
We have stood on the shoulders of our
ancestors and grasped our destiny. No
longer content to simply admire the
mysteries of the universe, we have begun to
understand it and shape it in our image. In
this goldern age of science and reason we
want for nothing and have largely escaped
the dangers of the primal wild in our day to
day lives.
Yet, despite everything we have lost
something. We have lost our human spirit;
our sense of adventure that led our ancestors
out of the cave. We crossed predator infested
lands, sailed the unknown oceans and took to
the sky. In today's society we have replaced
adventure with distraction, but does this
make us happier? The purpose of this
website is to find a deeper sense of purpose
in an otherwise shallow existance.
